Shipping

• Shipping costs: all domestic orders over $50 ship for free! Anything under $50 ships for $7.00 (shipping and handling).
• Processing time: merchandise and products that aren't made to order are packed and shipped between 1-4 days. Custom portraits are drawn within 5-7 days from the time I receive reference photos. 
• Tracking: all orders ship with tracking information via USPS.
• International shipping: I currently do not sell to locations outside of the US.
• Stolen or missing packages: Once the USPS tracking says delivered, I am no longer responsible for those goods. I completely understand how frustrating a lost package, but if the tracking info says it's made it to you, that is out of my hands.

Returns

• As a one person business, I do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please email hello@radillustrates.com and I will do my best to fix the issue!

Custom Portraits

Reference pics: When ordering a custom portrait, keep in mind that I will need a reference pic for all people/pets/homes, etc! You can submit many pics for me to use or just one. It's up to you! Not sure if a pic will work? Ask me!

• Special instructions: make sure to include special instructions when you order and/or email me your pics. I do not offer revisions on custom portraits. I spend a good chunk of time creating these and they are 100% made by hand. I am not a machine! I can't erase my pen drawings. 
• I do not offer free revisions: again, I do not offer revisions! I draw everything by hand with pen. If you absolutely want me to re-draw something, I have to charge for the time spent re-drawing. 
• Booty portraits: Please do not send me booty pics until after you order the portrait of your choosing. Unsolicited booty pics may seem harmless but let's keep this professional.  

Private Events

• Booty portraits: Interested in hiring me to draw at your upcoming wedding, birthday, or anniversary party? Contact me directly at hello@radillustrates.com with the date, location (city + venue) and estimated guest count for cost options!

Workshops

• Public workshops: I run various online public workshops where anyone can sign up. I pick a theme and we draw based on that content.
• Private workshops: You can book me for your private group workshops. Some groups have been work teams, friends, family, birthday parties, anniversary parties, holiday parties, and team celebrations. Pick a theme from the list below or go with a custom theme.
• Custom themes: I've built custom workshop content for a number of groups! Pick words, items, places, inside jokes, and even photos. If you pick a custom theme, I charge an additional flat fee to account for building that all out.
